(U.S.) Delaware Address Receiving Notice: Standard Processing Takes 2–4 Days

We are posting this notice because many customers contact us when they first place an order to Delaware or are unfamiliar with USPS delivery processing and believe their receipt is delayed.
If you ordered to Delaware, please allow about 3–4 days after the status shows delivered before inquiring about receipt. If the tracking shows it has arrived but we have not yet confirmed receipt, it is usually one of the following two reasons.
"This does not apply to New Jersey."
1. Delaware does not have a direct flight that can ship straight to Korea, so packages are picked up and processed through New Jersey, which adds about 2–3 days after the arrival date shown in tracking.
2. Among U.S. shipping companies, USPS delivery completion dates and actual delivery dates can differ by about 1–3 days. USPS often marks packages as delivered in advance, even before actual delivery.

In particular, when delivery happens on weekends, the local post office responsible for shipping to Uni Delaware is closed, so the item is held at another post office. It may then be moved back to the original local post office and redelivered, which can sometimes cause delivery delays of about 5–6 days.
This applies equally to all items shipped via USPS, as well as UPS or FedEx tracking that shows delivery completion through "USPS."
