For the past few days, we have been experiencing many cases where shipments that have completed customs clearance are not showing up in Korea Post tracking.
After checking with Korea Post, we were informed that delays are occurring because the volume of cargo entering the Bupyeong Logistics Center under Incheon’s jurisdiction has exceeded its processing capacity.
As a result, shipments that have not yet been scanned upon pickup are not receiving any updates in Korea Post tracking, and even for shipments that have been scanned, there are cases where tracking is not updated after the Bupyeong Logistics Center.
Due to the processing delays at the Bupyeong Logistics Center caused by the large volume of cargo arriving in Incheon, your expected delivery date may be delayed by about 1–2 days. We kindly ask for your understanding.
