[U.S.] Change to Conditions for Single-Item Coupon / Faster Coupon Packaging Hold

Among the eligibility conditions for the Single-Item Coupon and Faster Coupon,

the condition "Cannot be applied if the Packaging Hold button has been clicked even once"

has been changed to

"Cannot be applied if the Packaging Hold button has been clicked even once after the item has been received in stock."
If the Packaging Hold button was clicked and then canceled before the item was received in stock, it is effectively the same as having shipped it immediately, and there is no practical benefit—for example, even if you delete and rewrite your request form, it does not help—while only adding inconvenience for customers, so we have made this decision.

If you had clicked the Packaging Hold button before the item was received in stock and then canceled it, but the coupon was still not applied, please let us know again through the inquiry board and we will reapply it for you.

However, in cases where packaging hold was requested before stock arrival and then packaging was requested after stock arrival, or where the request form was submitted after stock arrival, in other cases where we cannot immediately ship the item as we scan it into inventory, this coupon cannot be applied. We kindly ask for your understanding.
