Notice Regarding Return Fee Charges for StockX Returns

Under the current service guide, customers at Level 6 or above have been able to return items free of charge even in cases of return due to simple change of mind.
Likewise, for returns other than those sent back to StockX, customers at Level 6 or above can still return items free of charge.
However, StockX will charge a return fee of $3 even if you are Level 6 or above.
Due to the nature of the site, items must be shipped within the specified shipping deadline.
Because this deadline is short,
we have been responding quickly and processing returns as soon as possible,
but as order volume continues to increase, the amount of time the 담당 manager must dedicate to returns has grown significantly.
For this reason, we have determined that charging a return fee is unavoidable.
Accordingly, a return fee will be charged for all StockX returns shipped going forward, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
