[Delaware][Important] Notice Regarding USPS Shipments Marked Delivered on September 23

Hello,
Among the shipments delivered on September 23, items marked as delivered at 11:33 were delivered correctly.
All other items marked as delivered at different times were misdelivered.
Regarding the misdelivered shipments in today’s notice, after contacting the USPS Newport branch and USPS headquarters,
we were informed that the Newport branch staff is treating this matter very seriously, and the USPS headquarters investigation team has also contacted the Newport branch.
The Newport branch will work closely with the headquarters investigation team and personally visit 3–4 locations suspected of receiving the misdelivered items to check with the relevant businesses and search for the packages directly.
We also received a call this morning from USPS headquarters stating that they recognize this as a serious matter and will do their best to focus on the investigation.
All items listed are currently misdelivered, and we recommend informing the seller in advance as well.
Because the USPS misdelivery issue is caused by USPS’s own delivery system, it is an unavoidable issue that GSI cannot handle, and we apologize that confirmation has not been possible sooner.
Since there is no CCTV at the USPS pickup loading dock, it is not possible to confirm which company picked up the packages. At this point, the only option is to wait for the Newport branch to visit the expected locations and provide updates, while continuously checking with the investigation team and requesting prompt action, so we believe it will be difficult to confirm this within a short time.
We will continue to contact the Newport branch and the investigation team daily for updates.
For misdelivered tracking numbers, please check the separate attachment announced in the cafe. If you can confirm the tracking number for the item you ordered, please contact the seller regarding this issue.
The USPS reference number for the bulk claim submitted by GSI is 02934643. When customers file a claim with the seller, please let them know that a claim has already been filed with the post office and that the reference number is 02934643.
We will do our best to have USPS confirm this as soon as possible.
