[Korea] Notice of Delivery Delays Due to Increased Volume Ahead of the Holiday (Pickup Delays)

As stated in the title, delivery volume is increasing significantly ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday on January 25.
Even for items that have arrived and been released normally, a considerable number of cases of delayed post office pickup have been confirmed.
Please note that, for delivery before the holiday, shipments may need to proceed with more time than usual in the delivery schedule.
In particular, as previously 안내드린 바와 같이, delays are mainly occurring for shipments that cannot be loaded onto the automated line at the express center, such as poly bags or small cargo rather than standardized box shipments.
Until the Lunar New Year holiday, we expect pickup delays at the post office to continue due to the increased volume.
Please keep this in mind when using the service.
