[Korea] Notice on Acceptance Restrictions for Liquid Products in Parcel Post

Please refer to the following notice regarding Korea Post parcel service operations.
Restrictions on acceptance of liquid products for Korea Post parcel service
* Restricted items: Liquids (juice, wine, fabric softener, etc.)
* Reason for restriction: Increased damage due to insufficient packing and heavy weight (if damaged, other parcels may also be affected)
* Effective date: From April 1, 2021 (items will be removed at acceptance and handed over again to the express carrier)
In the case of cargo falling under the above, it will be filtered out during the Korea Post pickup process after being released from the Incheon express center.
They will be consolidated and, after notification to each customer, shipped by cargo freight instead.
For cargo freight shipped instead, the service will proceed under a damage exemption condition, and freight charges vary depending on distance and weight, so we will provide separate guidance.
Please let us know whether you would like cash on delivery or prepaid shipping.
Please also note that liquid cargo rejected by Korea Post may take an additional 2 to 5 days to be delivered to the actual customer.
