We would like to share the information received today from Korean Air, so please refer to it for future operations.

[Korean Air JFK Branch Notice Email Content]

From: Korean Air JFK

To: GSI EXPRESS

Thank you always for your support.

Due to a sharp increase in semiconductor equipment and project cargo, there has been a supply shortage since March,

which is expected to continue through May.

In particular, this weekend’s reservation situation is severely overbooked, so we expect many unavoidable delays.

Please move as much as possible of the weekend cargo that can be deferred to next week, and reduce it if possible.

Please also provide advance notice and take this into account regarding possible delays.

Thank you.

We apologize for including the email content as received in order to provide accurate information.

For shipments departing on Thursday, April 15 and Friday, April 16, there is concern about offloads and partial shipments, so please be sure to pay attention to combined taxation.

In addition, it is said that space shortages and priority loading of urgent cargo may continue until around May.

Our weekly air schedule is provided as a general schedule based on flight booking status, but since sudden changes such as flight and customs clearance schedules are difficult to reflect,

please allow extra time when considering the schedule.

As the pandemic situation continues, delivery delays by courier companies in the U.S. and uncertainty in airline schedules are increasing.

Please take the schedule for cargo transport, etc. into account and refer to this when handling CS inquiries regarding combined taxation and transportation schedules.

Thank you.
