[U.S.] Notice Regarding Delay in Handover to Korea Post After Customs Release

We sincerely apologize for the delay caused by the fact that recently shipped parcels were not handed over to Korea Post after customs release.
There was an issue where Korea Post would not accept shipments due to outstanding payments between Smart Logistics and Korea Post.
As a result, we have changed the customs broker, and items that were temporarily delayed will be transferred in full to KOREA EXPRESS for delivery to proceed.
The KOREA EXPRESS tracking numbers have been updated in the application form, so please refer to them.
