Due to someone’s mistake, a system error will cause customers’ coupon boxes to be duplicated at 8:00 PM on November 25.
Enjoy shipping fee discounts (DisCount) during the Black Friday season with Duplicated Coupon (DC Coupon).
● What is a Duplicated Coupon (DC Coupon)?
1. On the 25th, all coupons in your coupon box will be duplicated and issued as-is.
- Excluded from duplication: expired coupons, coupons already applied to an application form, coupons over KRW 5,000
2. The validity period of D Coupons is 3 days from the issue date.
① A 'D Coupon' means a duplicated percentage coupon.
② A 'C Coupon' means a duplicated amount coupon.
3. DC Coupons may be used by you or transferred to another person.
4. If a DC Coupon is used for payment by you or another person before December 22, the coupon will be duplicated again.
5. The validity period of a duplicated DC Coupon is 3 days.
6. DC Coupons are unlimited coupons with no limit on the number of duplications, regardless of whether the coupon amount is a fixed amount or a percentage.
Example) Use a C12345678 coupon (valid until 2013-11-28 20:00) to pay for your own application form on November 28
→ A KRW 2,000 C Coupon (valid until 2013-12-1 20:00) is reissued to your coupon box
→ Transfer this C Coupon to another person
→ On December 1, the other person uses the transferred C Coupon to pay for an unpaid application form
→ A KRW 2,000 C Coupon (valid until 2013-12-4 20:00) is reissued to your coupon box
* If a DC Coupon within its validity period is used for a payment by you or another person, it will continue to be reissued to you.
● Important Notes
1. All DC Coupons will expire on December 22. (Excluding coupons already applied to an application form)
2. If you apply a coupon when filling out the application form, the coupon will remain applied even if it has already expired when the shipping fee is calculated.
3. However, please note that even if a coupon was applied at the time of application, expired coupons cannot be used in the following cases.
① When you modify the product name, quantity, or price on the application form after the coupon has expired
② When combining shipments with another order after the coupon has expired
③ When you delete or change the applied coupon after the coupon has expired and then apply it again later
