We’d like to introduce UniMail, UniAuction’s new automatic application form input feature.

UniMail is a feature that analyzes the emails you receive from shopping malls and automatically fills out your application form.

Thanks to the help of many members during the beta service period, UniMail seems to have quickly gotten on track.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the members who helped us.



■ Eligible recipients for UniMail coupon issuance

1. UniMail coupons will be issued to new members and the customers who referred them.

* If, when signing up, you enter a referrer ID and verify your Naver ID, coupons will be issued to both the new member and the referring member.

2. Coupons will be issued to customers who used the UniMail beta service.

3. In addition, coupons are scheduled to be issued randomly from time to time during the event period.


■ How to use the UniMail system

[Method 1] Before making a purchase, change the email address registered with the shopping mall to your UniMail address.

[Method 2] If you have already made a purchase, forward both the order email and shipping email from the shopping mall to your UniMail address.

* You can check your UniMail address in the upper-left area of the UniAuction site page after logging in.

* It will not work if you send it to Microsoft Outlook or account email addresses from some companies or schools.


■ How to use the UniMail coupon


1. UniMail coupons can only be used for application forms automatically created through the UniMail system.

* If an order using UniMail and an order not using UniMail are consolidated for combined shipping, the coupon can be applied based on the order using UniMail.


2. There are two types of UniMail coupons: a 4,000 won coupon and a 5,000 won coupon.

① The 5,000 won coupon can only be used if you changed your email address before purchase using [Method 1].

② The 4,000 won coupon can only be used if you used [Method 1] or [Method 2].


3. UniMail coupons are duplicate coupons.

① The coupon is valid for 3 days from the issue date.

② If you or someone else uses it and payment is completed, the UniMail coupon will be duplicated again.

③ If another person who received the UniMail coupon uses it, coupon duplication will also occur for both the final transferor and transferee.

* If it is transferred again to another person, the coupon will be issued to the final transferor and the final transferee.


■ Notes

1. UniMail coupon duplication will cease on month day. (Excluding cases applied to application forms)

2. If you apply the coupon when filling out the application form, it will remain applied even if the valid period has already expired when shipping fees are calculated.

3. However, please note that in the following cases, coupons whose validity period has expired cannot be used even if they were applied at the time of application.

① If you modify the product name, quantity, or price of the application form after the coupon has expired

② If you combine it with another order for combined shipping after the coupon has expired

③ If you delete or change the applied coupon after the coupon has expired and then apply it again later
