Free Storage Days Extension Event
Hello, this is Uni Auction.
We understand that customers who have ordered multiple items that are currently subject to taxation or are general customs clearance items may want to keep them in storage a little longer in anticipation of the expanded list-based customs clearance.
For customers looking forward to the expansion of list-based customs clearance, we have prepared a small event.
● Eligible items: From items currently received and stored to items received on the date the expanded list-based customs clearance takes effect
* For items arriving after the expanded list-based customs clearance takes effect, the existing 30-day free storage period still applies.
● Free storage period: 30 days + 30 days = 60 days total
* The existing free storage period is 30 days from the date the item arrives.
● Notes
1. On the 61st day, storage fees will be charged at a base rate of KRW 10,000 per box, and KRW 1,000 will be added per day until shipment is requested.
① The box 기준 refers to each box received from the shopping mall.
② "Shipment request" refers to the time when payment is completed after packing.
③ If shipment is delayed due to business processing after the shipping request has been made, additional storage fees will not be charged.
2. If storage is prolonged for too long and the storage fee exceeds the item value, the item may be discarded or used to cover the storage fee.
3. If there is a problem with the item, we are not responsible if long-term storage causes you to miss the opportunity to file a claim with the seller.
