● Free storage period for items: 30 days + 30 days = 60 days total

- The existing free storage period for items is 30 days from the date the item arrives.


● Eligible items: Items arriving from November 24, 2014 to December 21, 2014, US time

1. Items arriving on November 24 can receive 60 days of free storage until January 22, 2015.

2. Items arriving on December 21 can receive 60 days of free storage until February 19, 2015.

3. Items arriving on or after December 22 can receive 30 days of free storage as usual.



● Notes

1. On the 61st day, storage fees will be charged at a base rate of KRW 10,000 per box, and KRW 1,000 per day will be added until you request shipment.

① A box is defined as one box that arrives from the shopping mall.

② "Shipment request" refers to the point at which payment is made after packing is completed.

③ For delays in shipment caused by business processing after the shipment request, storage fees will not be additionally charged.

2. If storage continues for too long and the storage fee exceeds the item value, the item may be discarded or used to cover the storage fee.

3. If there is a problem with the item and, due to long-term storage, you miss the opportunity to file a claim with the seller, we will not be responsible for that.
